Come and Discover TBS!

Temple Beth Shalom (TBS) is a dynamic congregation of about 110 families. Known as the Synagogue of the Western Reserve, we are a Reform Jewish congregation, affiliated with the national organizations of that movement.

TBS welcomes everyone and strives to maintain a warm and friendly atmosphere. We are an inclusive community and embrace interfaith and LGBT families and individuals and families of all ages and backgrounds. Our members come from many communities including Cleveland, Solon, Hudson, Akron, Stow, and Kent. We serve as a support system for Jewish families in many surrounding communities.

We invite you to come for a visit, attend services, participate in activities and learn more about us. For more information about membership, please contact This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. The membership application is available here: Membership application

Annual membership dues for 2017-18 are as follows:
Single $880
Couple/Family $1397
Associate (for those who are full members of another congregation in addition to TBS) $556
Senior Single (65+) $402
Senior Couple (65+) $748

We believe our dues are extremely reasonable, but if you should need reduced dues please let us know. Payment plans are available. Finances should never be a barrier to joining our temple.

We're looking forward to seeing you at an upcoming Shabbat or event!
